Custom Restaurant Millwork from Reclaimed Hardwoods Creates Beautiful, Modern Spaces

Custom Restaurant Millwork
Forklift & Palate Restaurant at Spooky Nook Sports, Manheim, Pennsylvania

After working with the Spooky Nooks sports team on custom millwork for their 700,0000-square foot facility, they brought Seven Trees back in to help create the new Forklift & Palate restaurant. A repurposed warehouse space, Forklift & Palate needed to balance repurposed wood and steel with a fresh, modern design. We went to work to handcraft the bars, tables and all other restaurant millwork to furnish the space.

We used reclaimed fir beams salvaged locally from a remodeled warehouse on Mulberry Street in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania. Repurposed pallets can be seen around the restaurant in décor and in furnishings, including tabletops, feature walls, and bars. Wiring spools left over from the building’s renovation were used as round high-top tables. Seven Trees worked with the design team to reuse materials in thoughtful ways to rethink the space and give guests a unique dining experience.
